Seeking the Lord Daily

Our days have been quite busy lately and we have once again had the sickness strike our home. We were able to get our garden planted thanks to the kindness of our dear friends Jennifer and Jason Williams; Check out her blog. She has a wealth of wonderful things on there from debt free living, homeschooling on a budget, and healthy eating. I have her button right over on the side of my blog. Its the one with the neat spinning wheel. Our cardiologist appt at the children's hospital for Jonas is next Thursday. A week from today. I am praying that all is well. Another major job change is in the future for my husband. That too will be a major life event for us which lately it seems like we have more and more of those. My husband has about 3 companies that he is applying too. Please remember Cameron in your prayers and that the Lord will open up the right door at the right time. Ultimately his goal is to be self employed. However at this time, its not really happenning. But the good...

After much prayer and to be honest with you all, a real financial need, I have decided to try to sell some items online through Etsy, Facebook, and a new blog. I just realized that I haven't posted since our little Jonas was born nearly 8 weeks ago. My how time flies! Our life has been both wonderful and chaotic since then. So to update you all... Jonas was born March 1, 2013 at 10:48 am and he weighed 7 pounds and 8 ounces. He had a headfull of dark hair, tan skin and was such a sweet, calm baby from the start. I am so very blessed to have him be so calm especially after Jackson was quite a demmanding baby. He cried alot. But praise the Lord we got through it and he is a sweet, sweet little boy. My c-section went well and I have actually had one of the best recoverys ever. If it hadn't  been for just seeing Jonas and nursing him, I wouldn't have realized I had even gave birth. Much less by means of my 7th c-section! Jonas was toungue tied and we were so greatful to a new doctor in our area who is not only a wonderful ob/gyn, but specializes in breastfeeding issues and early infant care. So he came in on the next day after Jonas ...

Today is the big day. Lord willing we will welcome little Jonas in to our family. Prayers are very much appreciated as we head out to the hospital. I also would like to ask for prayers for our older children that are here with my mother and the babies. Blessings~ Maudie

Tomorrow I have ( more than likely) my last appointment before Jonas is born. I can' t believe this pregnancy has went by so fast! I am excited to meet him, but nervous at the thoughts of another c section. I am so greatful to live in a country where medical intervention if needed is available. My appointment is in the morning and my sister in law is taking me since Cameron takes our van to work. We get to see him on u/s which I can't wait for either! Tomorrow is also another big day at our house... Our 1st reversal baby from Cameron's vas reversal and our 1st son, James, turns 9 years old tomorrow!!!! He was my 34 week premature birth, but you would never know he was early. He is quite the spitfire and has a mind of his own! Im so thankful to get to be his momma, even if it is a little taxing on my nerves at times. Well Im off to go grab some dinner.... I'll update tomorrow after my appointment. Please pray that Jonas is ready and everything looks great and goes great....

Its getting closer to our delivery date!  Lord willing we will be going in for a scheduled c section March 1st and prayfully we will get to delivery another healthy baby boy, Jonas Heath! We have been so sickly that I haven't really updated lately. So I am going to try to post a few random pictures: These are all from December 2012 up until just a couple of weeks ago. I tried to make sure I got atleast one picture of each of us in there. Pardon the picture of me and Cameron on our anniversary; I didn't look that great. And the pregnant picture of me in the blue shirt was on anniversay in December as well. I am a WHOLE lot bigger now :-)
