BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the prayers. David Matthew looks to be a healthy, fiesty , baby boy. Cameron will find out at his lunch. I am making him a blue cupcake and when he bites into it, he will see BLUE!!!! Our children are over the moon and I am too!!! He is soooo cute already. And to think my only other little man, will be 7 in Feb. ;-( He is growing up, so fast!!!! Well I have to go and make some cupcakes! God bless!

2014 in Review

    I decided that a great place to start here on my blog since I haven't really blogged in so long is to recap our year. I would love to put lots of pictures in this post to be quite honest with you, I am posting from my new macbook air and I haven't the slightest clue how to post pictures  from here yet. So I'll probably come back with just a photo post :-)     In January of 2014, we re-listed our home after abruptly removing it from the market in early December 2013, with a new realtor. I honestly  had high hopes that our home would sell quickly. Again, God had other plans. Its still for sale as I type this and we are once again planning on moving to a different company after our contract ends, later this month. Thoughts to Ponder~ a jumbled mess~

I've had many things on my mind lately and I have decided after much thought and prayer that this is a good place to share those things. I know I don't have a super popular blog that tons of people read, but the whole reason I set out to blog years ago was to keep memories and to hopefully inspire a few people along the way. Not to make money or have a ton of followers. I have not posted as frequently as I would have like to, but I really want to try to make a point to post atleast once a week from here on out. In real life, I have very few friends. I can credit the internet to my closest friend in real life and my other friends are all online, although I hope to meet some of them someday. I look at blogs and sometimes feel insecure in my own life. I think to myself, that my life isn't as "perfect" as some of those other ladies. I have struggles daily and live a very real life. My children are not cookie cutter kiddos lined up with fake smiles and perfectly styled...

Update on life at our home :-)

I just realized that I haven't posted since our little Jonas was born nearly 8 weeks ago. My how time flies! Our life has been both wonderful and chaotic since then. So to update you all... Jonas was born March 1, 2013 at 10:48 am and he weighed 7 pounds and 8 ounces. He had a headfull of dark hair, tan skin and was such a sweet, calm baby from the start. I am so very blessed to have him be so calm especially after Jackson was quite a demmanding baby. He cried alot. But praise the Lord we got through it and he is a sweet, sweet little boy. My c-section went well and I have actually had one of the best recoverys ever. If it hadn't  been for just seeing Jonas and nursing him, I wouldn't have realized I had even gave birth. Much less by means of my 7th c-section! Jonas was toungue tied and we were so greatful to a new doctor in our area who is not only a wonderful ob/gyn, but specializes in breastfeeding issues and early infant care.
